Do I need to register before ordering?

No, you don't need to register to place an order with us. Please choose 'checkout as a guest' during the checkout process. It is quick, easy and safe.

What are the benefits of having an account on Piekuo.com?

- time saving as you will fill out your details only once and not with every purchase
We will never pass this information onto anyone else so please rest assured that your details are safe with us. In addition, to ensure your financial security, at Piekuo.com we outsource credit and debit card handling to PayPal - the largest independent internet payment gateway. We have chosen to do this so that our customers have confidence that their card details are in safe hands. We do not have access to your credit card details.

Size charts and quality of our products

How to choose the right size?

The best thing to do is to measure your clothes and then to compare them with the size charts of our products. You will find them on the page with a product of your choice, next to the picture gallery of this product.

What is the quality of your products?

All our products are of high quality. Our T-shirts are made from 100% cotton, of a weight of 190g/m2 for men tees and 145g/m2 for women tees. Our sweatshirts are made from 80% high quality cotton and 20% polyester, of weight of 280g/m2. We use screen printing with water-based inks to apply designs to our T-shirts. The final product is durable and safe to wash in a washing machine.  
 
 
 

Payments

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the payments via PayPal. You can pay using: Visa, MasterCard or American Express via PayPal with no PayPal account required. PayPal is the largest independent internet payment gateway and it provides a quick and safe way to pay for your shopping. After you go through the checkout process andchoose 'Pay Now' you will be redirected to the PayPal site to make the payment. Remember, if you don't have a PayPal account you can always pay with your debit/credit card via PayPal. We have chosen to do this so that our customers have confidence that their card details are in safe hands. We do not have access to your credit card details.
In addition you can also choose the 'Check out with PayPal' option, PayPal's express 3-click checkout method to make your shopping even easier and quicker.

 
 

Delivery

All our orders are shipped from Poland. For orders shipped outside Poland, we use Polish Mail.
Shipping cost to European destinations is 5 GBP / 7 EUR delivery time: 4-7 working days.
Shipping cost outside Europe is 10 USD, delivery time: 9-10 working days, delivery time to Australia: 4-14 working days. We cannot take responsibility for delays on behalf of the courier.

Can I track my package?

Yes, you can track your package through the website of our shipment company (Poczta Polska):

In order to track your package please use the number you will receive in the shipment confirmation email.

Can I collect my order in person?

No, you cannot collect your order in person. Each order will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process.
 
 
 

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept items returned to us within 14 days from the day your order was delivered to you. All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition and fit for re-sale. You will find all the details reagarding this matter in our Terms and Conditions.

What do I need to do if the item is different from the one I ordered / the item is damaged?

You need to return the item within 14 days of receiving it. You will find all the details reagarding this matter in our Terms and Conditions.

Can I exchange the item for a different one?

Of course you can. You need to post the item back to us within 14 days of receiving it. You will find all the details reagarding this matter in our Terms and Conditions.
